After launching and scaling brands across food and consumer sectors, Henry saw the limits of making change at the surface. He co-founded R2A to shift upstream, combining market insight with science to turn innovation into tangible change.

A PhD chemist from Cambridge and former Marie Curie Fellow, Mark has spent his career mastering the tools and techniques to synthesize the materials and chemicals we rely on. Now, he's co-founded R2A with the mission to build a post-petroleum future using green chemistry.
